Mobile Windshield Replacement and Repair In Phoenix, AZ

Windshield replacement is an important service for European and luxury vehicle owners in Phoenix, AZ when cracks, chips, impact damage, or road debris have compromised the glass beyond what can reasonably be repaired. European Auto Glass offers convenient mobile windshield replacement throughout Phoenix, allowing drivers to have damaged glass replaced without the added inconvenience of traveling to a shop and waiting for the work to be completed.

Many newer European and luxury vehicles are equipped with advanced driver-assistance technology that relies on cameras and sensors mounted near or integrated with the windshield. After a windshield replacement, these systems may require recalibration to ensure they continue functioning correctly. Our team is experienced with these advanced vehicle systems and can provide windshield camera calibration when needed, helping restore the proper setup of safety and driver-assistance features after the new glass has been installed.

EAG Offers Top Rated Mobile Windshield Services in Phoenix, AZ

Professional windshield replacement in Phoenix involves much more than swapping out damaged glass. A quality installation starts with protecting and preparing the vehicle, carefully removing the existing windshield, and properly cleaning and preparing the mounting surface before the new glass is installed. The replacement windshield should then be positioned accurately and bonded using approved automotive adhesive, with close attention to fit, alignment, and seal integrity.

Once the new windshield is in place, it is important to follow the recommended Safe Drive Away Time (SDAT) before driving the vehicle. This waiting period gives the adhesive time to cure and develop the strength needed to hold the windshield securely in position. Following the proper SDAT helps support the safety and long-term performance of the installation.

A correctly installed windshield should fit securely and perform quietly without creating new problems after the replacement. Water leaks, excessive wind noise, whistling, or other noticeable issues can be signs that the glass was not positioned, sealed, or bonded properly during installation.

For added peace of mind, our windshield replacements include a lifetime warranty covering workmanship-related concerns such as leaks, wind noise, whistling, and other installation issues, along with certain potential defects in the windshield itself.

First off I live in Oregon and my daughter is in Arizona going to school so when a car issue arises dad gets the call. On Monday morning she discovered her driver side window had been shattered and dad received the panic call, so me not knowing who to call sitting here in Oregon I contacted the guys at Arizona Bimmer Moter Werks who I rely heavily on to maintain my daughters 2015 BMW and asked who to call. Without hesitation he gave me the name and number for EAG Auto Glass, European Auto Glass and I'm glad they did. I called EAG Auto Glass and John answered the phone and listen to my situation with the window and me being in Oregon and he assured me I called the right place and they would take care of the window, we talked at 8:30 Monday morning and the window was fixed by 11:30 the same morning and EAG Auto Glass went to her location to make the repair. Its always nice to find great honest companies like EAG Auto Glass to step in and handle the issues that come up when you cant personally be there to address. Big thanks to John and the rest of the staff at EAG Auto Glass for the speedy response, you have definitely joined my go to group of service providers in AZ to step in when I cant. Anyone needing the services that EAG Auto Glass provides I highly recommend making EAG your first and only call. Great service, great price.

Wow. Every part of my experience with this shop was top notch. The installer did a world class job. The owner is friendly and super knowledgeable. The prices are very fair. I will be bringing all the various cars in my collection down to European Auto Glass for any future needs, even though it’s almost an hour drive from where I live in Cave Creek. Their five star rating is well deserved.

I've now been to this shop twice, and both times they provided excellent service: When you find a place you trust with your car, you go back. Everyone there—the three J's—genuinely know their stuff. Both visits, I felt like I was talking to someone who actually cared about doing the job right, not just getting me in and out the door. Honest, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. If you've got a chip, a crack, or a full replacement on your hands, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Came in thinking I needed windows replaced. What I thought was a gash turned out to just be sticky residue on one of my windows that was hard to get off and just resembled a rock strike. John, the owner of the company, correctly spotted this and was able to remove it for me and didn’t charge me for this. John also looked at a small mark I was worried might affect the integrity of a passenger window. John was upfront that it was barely visible and didn’t affect the integrity of the glass, so there was no need to replace it. Although he gave me the option to do it, he was honest and said nothing needed to be done. John could have easily sold me a new windows, but instead they gave me an honest assessment and saved me the money. That’s the kind of service you rarely find anymore. Treated me like a friend, not just a customer. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a window replaced or is worried about window issues with their car. John is very honest, generous with his time, and will look out for your best interest. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need glass work in the future.

I’ve replaced 2 windshields with EAP and I was very satisfied with both of my experiences. When they had a tricky time calibrating my windshield with their equipment, they communicated that a tech would come to my house to calibrate it the next day and if that didn’t work then they would cover the cost of calibration through the dealership if necessary. Luckily, the next day, Caleb showed up on time as promised and was able to successfully calibrate the new windshield . Wonderful experience overall.

Brandon , We really appreciate your continued support of us . On a side note the team really likes the new Porsche over the other Vehicle.

My windshield took a hit from a rock and I had a chip. I didn't take action immediately and it was spreading. Jon wasn't sure he could repair the chip but worked hard and got it done. I had the absolute best experience at this shop - I came in and my windshield was fixed in less than 20 minutes, but the most important part, was the customer service. John was so kind and truly just doing business like business should be done. It is so evident how much he cares about his customers, and the attention to detail he puts into his work. I’m so appreciative I found this shop, and honestly happy I had to come in to get my windshield fixed. This place is truly showing the impact kind and thoughtful people can have on others!

I’m recommending this place to all friends and family! The scheduling process was so easy! Journey & John were both so welcoming! I ended up being 30-40 minutes late for my appointment due to not getting out of work until a little later. Journey reached out to John to see if it was possible if I could still make it the same day. He gladly took me in & still helped me get my car window fixed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much again!

Showed up with a few small pits - they explained that they don’t need to be repaired, and that drilling out the small chip + adding resin would just make the view blurrier. Seriously, what other company tells you to NOT get the work done. If I’m in the area, I’ll bring all my future glass needs here!

Recently had my windshield replaced by European Auto Glass and they were awesome! Super quick, super easy, and the staff was really friendly. They got the job done faster than I thought and my car looks great now. I have had a few windshield claims over the past few years, so I was hesitant to make another for fear of my premiums rising. Jon, quoted me an out-of-pocket cost that was well below my previous experiences and that made my decision an easy one. If you need any glass repairs, definitely hit these guys up. Highly recommend!

Got hit by a rock on the 101 last night and I needed to handle it before it got worst. Got hit pretty hard and was afraid of it being a little bit to big to fill. The confidence that Journey had to get it done left me very pleased. On top of that the way they handled me was above professional and also on a human level. You don't see too many companies out here like this anymore. They want to do the job the right way and that's their goal. If you have a Mercedes this is the place to go no matter where you live in Phoenix or surrounding areas. Appreciate yall.

Jon with European Auto Glass has incredible knowledge, expertise, and experience with glass and calibrations. He doesn’t cut corners or use cheap material. If you truly understood the importance of calibrations needing to be perfect, you would only trust an expert to do it and Jon is that expert. After seeing the difference of how he repairs and replaces auto glass, I’ll never use another company.

I'd used some of the big name shops previously but wanted to work with a local business. Last time I got a crack, I tried to use a different local business, but they didn't do work on Teslas. When I found out Jon's shop was a preferred provider for all major insurance companies and I could use my $0 deductible, it was a no-brainer. I have a 2022 Tesla Model 3 and I was pumped that the windshield I needed is one he keeps in stock, and he was able to get me in the following day for a change-out. While I was there waiting, I got to know Jon, the owner, a bit more. He and his crew have a very intensive calibration background, so I feel great knowing all my safety systems were calibrated with the care and attention they deserve. At one point, the tech came back to show me that the previous shops had cut corners and left the old wiring harnesses for my GPS antennae (and something else) just hidden behind a piece of trim they were too lazy to take out. There was a total of 4 old wiring harnesses in there! ☠️ Anyway, long story long.. I'm never going to anyone else again for glass, and I'm sending all my friends and family his way!

Wow; what a great experience! Beginning with scheduling my Audi A4's appointment with super-friendly Journey, I later arrived to the shop with a welcoming from the owner, John. With an obvious expert's voice, John explained how much disassembly was required on my A4 to replace the front windshield. The photo attached proves John's point! After about 90 minutes of careful work, the result was outstanding! Kudos to the entire shop: Journey, John, Pete, and Justin. I should finish this review by saying that this shop, with John and Pete's experience, is prepared to work on just about any car. So, whether it be my Pilot or my Audi, the next time I need a windshield replaced, I'll be heading back to European Auto Glass. Give them a try. Like all their reviewers, I'm convinced you'll be delighted too.

I have a 1988 Mercedes Benz 300E and I have been refused by several well known glass company for my windshield replacement. Since my car is now classified as a “vintage”, some parts that will be needed to replace my windshield had been discontinued and no longer available in the market. So, I called European Auto Glass and Pete immediately told me that they can replace my windshield and all the parts needed are still available to them. Brought my car in today and Tony who installed the windshield was very detailed and did an execellent job. Management, John and Pete are very friendly and accommodating, they are the best!! I recommend European Auto Glass for your windshield services and I will definitely come back for have my other Mercedes Benz’s windshield replacement. Thank You European Auto Glass. Keep up the excelllent work!!

Don't let the name fool you. I just had my 1957 Chevy Belaire windshield replaced from European Auto Glass. I can't say enough about this shop. Pete was the know it all guy. With this years and years of experience and the excellent work of Jason the installer they had my baby on the road in no time. The job was done with care and attention to detail. Both Pete and Jason were easy to talk to and answered all my questions as the work progressed. John the owner was great. He made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the job. This shop is the way to go for all your glass work no matter what you are driving.

This Place has customer service figured out. Just got done with a very seamless process of getting my windshield replaced and recalibrated on my Cadillac CT5. Unfortunately, issues are always going to come up with cracks in the windshield down here in AZ but it’s nice to know a few businesses out here still really take the time to go above and beyond for the customer instead of just treating you like another number. The only reason I gave five stars, is because I wasn’t allowed to give six. QUICK, easy, and painless process. I would highly recommend These guys to anybody…. which is something I don’t easily do anymore nowadays. Well done!

Living in Arizona, you have to replace your windshield A LOT. So of course I had a cracked windshield that was in dire need of being replaced on my Mercedes AMG. I wanted to find a company that specializes in Mercedes or luxury vehicles - so glad I found European Auto Glass! They actually have a shop you can take your car to, which I prefer. They do mobile also. The guy on the phone was friendly and very informative about the whole process with my insurance. They were able to get me in rather quickly and the tech that replaced my windshield was extremely detailed. He even cleaned all my windows! They also recalibrated my camera in the same visit. Will definitely be going back here from now on. Hands down, best auto glass company I’ve come across in the valley!

The service here is exceptional. I had approval for a new Audi windshield from my insurance, and the same day it was replaced in less than 2 hours. Beyond that John went out of his way to replace a simple windshield cap part that he didn’t have available the day that he did the install. He drove out 30 minutes to me to see it through several days later. I recommend this highly for vehicles that are more complicated and require replacement of OEM glass. John is top-notch and much faster than who the Audi dealer referred me to. Make the call!
