I contacted EAG first thing Monday morning after some glass damage over the weekend and they were all over it! The customer service was fantastic! Friendly, efficient, and professional. I’ve replaced 2 windshields with EAP and I was very satisfied with both of my experiences. When they had a tricky time calibrating my windshield with their equipment, they communicated that a tech would come to my house to calibrate it the next day and if that didn’t work then they would cover the cost of calibration through the dealership if necessary. Luckily, the next day, Caleb showed up on time as promised and was able to successfully calibrate the new windshield . Wonderful experience overall.

My windshield took a hit from a rock and I had a chip. I didn't take action immediately and it was spreading. Jon wasn't sure he could repair the chip but worked hard and got it done. He could have told me I needed a new windshield but he was honest and did the right thing! Thank you! Highly recommend EAG!

I had the absolute best experience at this shop - I came in and my windshield was fixed in less than 20 minutes, but the most important part, was the customer service. John was so kind and truly just doing business like business should be done. It is so evident how much he cares about his customers, and the attention to detail he puts into his work. I’m recommending this place to all friends and family! The scheduling process was so easy! Journey & John were both so welcoming! I ended up being 30-40 minutes late for my appointment due to not getting out of work until a little later. Showed up with a few small pits - they explained that they don’t need to be repaired, and that drilling out the small chip + adding resin would just make the view blurrier.

Recently had my windshield replaced by European Auto Glass and they were awesome! Super quick, super easy, and the staff was really friendly. They got the job done faster than I thought and my car looks great now.
I have had a few windshield claims over the past few years, so I was hesitant to make another for fear of my premiums rising. Jon, quoted me an out-of-pocket cost that was well below my previous experiences and that made my decision an easy one.

I had a wonderful experience with the auto glass repair. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly assessed the damage to my windshield and provided a clear explanation of the repair process. The work was done efficiently, and my car was ready sooner than I expected. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail, and my windshield looks as good as new.
Took our Yukon there to get the driver door glass replaced John did a outstanding job at doing the work, and Jurnie handled all of the insurance claim for us. Highly recommend taking your vehicles there.

Got hit by a rock on the 101 last night and I needed to handle it before it got worst. Got hit pretty hard and was afraid of it being a little bit to big to fill. The confidence that Journey had to get it done left me very pleased. On top of that the way they handled me was above professional and also on a human level. You don't see too many companies out here like this anymore. They want to do the job the right way and that's their goal. If you have a Mercedes this is the place to go no matter where you live in Phoenix or surrounding areas. Appreciate yall.

Jon with European Auto Glass has incredible knowledge, expertise, and experience with glass and calibrations. He doesn’t cut corners or use cheap material. If you truly understood the importance of calibrations needing to be perfect, you would only trust an expert to do it and Jon is that expert. After seeing the difference of how he repairs and replaces auto glass, I’ll never use another company.

I'd used some of the big name shops previously but wanted to work with a local business. Last time I got a crack, I tried to use a different local business, but they didn't do work on Teslas.
When I found out Jon's shop was a preferred provider for all major insurance companies and I could use my $0 deductible, it was a no-brainer.
I have a 2022 Tesla Model 3 and I was pumped that the windshield I needed is one he keeps in stock, and he was able to get me in the following day for a change-out.
While I was there waiting, I got to know Jon, the owner, a bit more. He and his crew have a very intensive calibration background, so I feel great knowing all my safety systems were calibrated with the care and attention they deserve.
At one point, the tech came back to show me that the previous shops had cut corners and left the old wiring harnesses for my GPS antennae (and something else) just hidden behind a piece of trim they were too lazy to take out. There was a total of 4 old wiring harnesses in there! ☠️
Anyway, long story long.. I'm never going to anyone else again for glass, and I'm sending all my friends and family his way!

First time coming to this place after having a chip and a crack on my BMW windshield. I wanted to make sure a europeancar specialist do the job. They replaced the windshield in a timely manner (as promised) and the customer service was amazing, John and all personnel were very kind, I will definitely be back when I need their services again and will refer family and friends to this shop.
I just had to get a chip repair and Journey did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this business for any window work. This company is one of my jobs vendors, and they do great work for us. John and Pete are the best!!!!!

I have a 1988 Mercedes Benz 300E and I have been refused by several well known glass company for my windshield replacement. Since my car is now classified as a “vintage”, some parts that will be needed to replace my windshield had been discontinued and no longer available in the market. So, I called European Auto Glass and Pete immediately told me that they can replace my windshield and all the parts needed are still available to them. Brought my car in today and Tony who installed the windshield was very detailed and did an execellent job. Management, John and Pete are very friendly and accommodating, they are the best!! I recommend European Auto Glass for your windshield services and I will definitely come back for have my other Mercedes Benz’s windshield replacement. Thank You European Auto Glass. Don't let the name fool you. I just had my 1957 Chevy Belaire windshield replaced from European Auto Glass. I can't say enough about this shop. Pete was the know it all guy. With this years and years of experience and the excellent work of Jason the installer they had my baby on the road in no time. The job was done with care and attention to detail. Both Pete and Jason were easy to talk to and answered all my questions as the work progressed. John the owner was great. He made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the job.This shop is the way to go for all your glass work no matter what you are driving.
This Place has customer service figured out. Just got done with a very seamless process of getting my windshield replaced and recalibrated on my Cadillac CT5. Unfortunately, issues are always going to come up with cracks in the windshield down here in AZ but it’s nice to know a few businesses out here still really take the time to go above and beyond for the customer instead of just treating you like another number. The only reason I gave five stars, is because I wasn’t allowed to give six. QUICK, easy, and painless process. I would highly recommend These guys to anybody…. which is something I don’t easily do anymore nowadays. Well done!
Living in Arizona, you have to replace your windshield A LOT. So of course I had a cracked windshield that was in dire need of being replaced on my Mercedes AMG. I wanted to find a company that specializes in Mercedes or luxury vehicles - so glad I found European Auto Glass! They actually have a shop you can take your car to, which I prefer. They do mobile also. The guy on the phone was friendly and very informative about the whole process with my insurance. They were able to get me in rather quickly and the tech that replaced my windshield was extremely detailed. He even cleaned all my windows! They also recalibrated my camera in the same visit. Will definitely be going back here from now on. Hands down, best auto glass company I’ve come across in the valley!
I called John for windshield to be replaced on my 2018 Kona. He was extremely helpful and got me an appointment at my home the next day. Excellent customer service. The young man that came to the house was so friendly and professional and did an excellent job.
The service here is exceptional. I had approval for a new Audi windshield from my insurance, and the same day it was replaced in less than 2 hours. Beyond that John went out of his way to replace a simple windshield cap part that he didn’t have available the day that he did the install. He drove out 30 minutes to me to see it through several days later. I recommend this highly for vehicles that are more complicated and require replacement of OEM glass. John is top-notch and much faster than who the Audi dealer referred me to. Make the call!

I had my windshield replaced very quickly, literally the next day I called in and I received 5 star service. Then I went down to their facility in Tempe, AZ to get my windshield calibrated and that was it!
